Envia.com, part of Tendencys Innovations, seeks a Recruitment Team Lead to strengthen our Talent Acquisition function, develop the recruiting team, and align hires with business needs across markets. This is a hands-on leadership role that collaborates with Hiring Managers to guide recruiters, set priorities, monitor performance, and support strategic searches when needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
• Experience leading, coordinating, mentoring, or coaching recruiters.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Manage recruiter workloads, vacancies, priorities, and hiring progress.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define candidate profiles and recruiting priorities.
• Conduct intake meetings translating business needs into sourcing strategies.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, social media, and direct hunting.
• Personally manage or support strategic and difficult-to-fill searches as needed.
• Review recruitment pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and adjust strategies to improve results.
• Ensure candidates are evaluated through structured interviews, assessments, references.
• Monitor and improve candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
• Track Talent Acquisition KPIs and SLAs (Time to Fill, Time to Hire, funnel, offers).
• Maintain accurate data in ATS and recruitment platforms.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve recruitment processes.
• Ensure recruitment practices are consistent with company policies and business goals.
