Envia.com, part of Tendencys Innovations, is seeking a hands-on Recruitment Team Lead to strengthen Talent Acquisition and develop the recruiting function. You will guide recruiters, work with Hiring Managers, and manage strategic and high-volume searches across markets.

The role emphasizes team development, process optimization, and delivering strong hiring outcomes while aligning with business goals and growth plans. This position is based in Mexico and offers a competitive package.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 1l8n?
• 4+ years of hands-on Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience leading, coordinating, mentoring recruiters.
• End-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
• Proactive sourcing, headhunting, and passive candidate engagement.
• Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and stakeholders.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and sourcing tools.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, establishing clear expectations and accountability for recruiting results.
• Manage recruiter workloads, vacancy assignments, priorities, pipelines, and hiring progress.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment across multiple areas and levels of seniority.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and networks.
• Support strategic or difficult searches when needed.
• Review pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and adjust strategies for better results.
• Ensure structured interviews, assessments, and references are completed.
• Monitor candidate and Hiring Manager experience and feedback.
• Prepare recruiting dashboards, forecasts, and leadership updates.
