Tendencys Innovations, via Envia.com, seeks a Recruitment Team Lead to strengthen Talent Acquisition, develop the recruiting team, and hire high-performing talent aligned with business needs. This hands-on leadership role combines team development with recruiting execution and requires close collaboration with Hiring Managers and leaders to set priorities and drive results.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
• Experience leading, coordinating, mentoring, or coaching recruiters.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels of seniority.
• Proactive sourcing, headhunting, and passive candidate engagement.
• Partnering with Hiring Managers and stakeholders.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies, priorities, and changing business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Manage recruiter workloads, vacancy assignments, priorities, pipelines, and hiring progress.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand needs, define candidate profiles, and establish priorities.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment across multiple areas and levels.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Manage strategic or difficult searches as needed.
• Review pipelines, identify bottlenecks, adjust strategies to improve results.
• Ensure rigorous evaluation through structured interviews and assessments.
• Track TA KPIs and SLAs; prepare reports and dashboards.
