Gates Corporation in Toluca, Mexico is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to drive full-cycle recruiting across our Toluca sites and Atlacomulco. You will partner with hiring managers, manage the ATS, source via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, conduct interviews, and coordinate offers with HR.

The role emphasizes English proficiency and collaboration with stakeholders to build candidate pipelines. The position is in-office, with responsibilities spanning campus recruiting and talent

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Advanced English level required.
• Recruiting agency and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
• Understanding of recruiting principles and employment laws.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across toluca sites and Atlacomulco.
• Maintain ATS and meet global recruiting SLAs (Time to Fill).
• Source active and passive candidates via multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, OCC, social media).
• Evaluate applicants through interviews, references, and fit with roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and HR for offers (salary ranges, start dates).
• Support campus recruiting and talent acquisition projects as needed.
