Copeland seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist for an onsite, temporary position in Mexico. You will source, attract, and hire top talent across departments, aligning with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.

You will review resumes, conduct initial interviews, schedule assessments, and manage offers while building a strong candidate pipeline. Travel may be required, and fluency in English is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Workday experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of labor laws, hiring regulations, and best practices.
• Occasional travel may be required for job fairs, recruitment events, or site visits.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to meet organizational needs.
• Leverage multiple recruitment channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Review resumes, applications, and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Provide interview training to hiring managers, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s hiring practices.
• Prepare interview guides, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ competencies based on job requirements.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring transparency and professionalism.
• Manage the offer process, including offer letters, salary negotiations, and benefits discussions.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
• Engage with candidates on social media and other platforms to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
