Qualifications

• Ability to attract and hire hundreds of candidates under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and recruitment marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• On-site position in León with schedule availability.
