XTransfer in Mexico City is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruitment for commercial teams. You will source candidates through diverse channels, screen and engage talent, and coordinate interviews and offers.

You will build long-term pipelines and provide regular progress updates to hiring managers. A strong emphasis on candidate experience and employer branding is essential.

Formación

• 3-5 years hands-on talent acquisition experience in Mexico.
• Familiar with recruitment platforms.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions under tight timelines.
• Knowledge of the local Mexican labor market.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment independently: posting, sourcing, screening, outreach, scheduling, offers, references, and onboarding prep.
• Source active and passive candidates through online and offline channels; build long-term pipelines for commercial teams.
• Align with hiring managers to clarify requirements and provide timely progress updates on timelines and candidate profiles.
• Maintain recruitment pipeline and candidate database, track KPIs, and compile regular recruitment reports.
• Understand the Mexico talent market and adjust sourcing channels to improve hiring efficiency.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and support basic employer-branding activities in communications.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment independently: job posting, talent sourcing, resume screening, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, interview coordination, offer follow-up, reference checks and onboarding preparation.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates through online& offline channels; build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for commercial teams.
• Align closely with hiring managers/BP to clarify hiring requirements, provide regular recruitment progress updates, and manage expectations on timelines and candidate profiles.
• Maintain recruitment pipeline and candidate database, track recruitment KPIs, compile regular recruitment reports.
• Understand Mexico local talent market, adjust sourcing channels and recruitment strategies to improve hiring efficiency.
• Deliver good candidate experience and support basic employer-branding activities in recruitment communications.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on talent acquisition / recruiter experience in Mexico;
• Familiar with recruitment platforms.
• Strong sourcing capability, good communication and negotiation skills, result-oriented mindset.
• Able to handle multiple open requisitions at the same time, work under tight hiring timelines.
• Knowledge of local Mexican labor market.
