Job summary

Alcor in Mexico offers a dynamic role coordinating full-cycle IT recruitment and building a robust candidate network. You will work directly with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture while leading the recruitment process from scratch to close.

The role emphasizes English fluency, senior-level closing experience, and deep knowledge of the Mexican IT talent landscape, with opportunities for growth, remote work, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years IT recruiting experience in Mexico.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Experience closing senior-level candidates and negotiating offer terms.
• Deep understanding of the hiring process and Mexican IT talent market.
• Experience setting up a new team in Mexico and opening an R&D office know-how.
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits offerings among multinational companies in Mexico.
• Strong client focus with ability to build sourcing strategies and trustful relationships.
• Familiar with recruiting tools such as ATS and local platforms for IT talent.
• Fluency in IT terminology and related platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a key person coordinating the recruitment process in Mexico and educate recruiters on IT talent attraction/best practices.
• Create a strong network and pipeline of Mexican candidates.
• Work closely as an Account Manager with clients to understand hiring needs, culture, and values.
• Start a project from scratch and build hiring processes.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: searching, interviewing, and closing exceptional talent with feedback and offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with the Alcor Team of IT Researchers.
• Identify issues during the hiring process and create improvement plans and vacancy promotion.
