Job summary

Amalga in Monterrey is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist for high-volume recruitment. This on-site role focuses on international clients across IT, BPO, legal, finance, sales, and operations.

You will manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-up, and hiring process support. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in HR or related field, proven recruitment experience, and an advanced English level (C1+).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications or related field.
• Proven recruitment experience, preferably high-volume.
• Advanced English level required—C1 or higher.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment trackers.
• Excellent communication with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment processes for multiple roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and social media.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess experience and fit.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, recruiters and client stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and trackers.
• Support hiring teams to understand needs and timelines.
• Track activity and provide regular updates on pipeline.
• Represent Amalga professionally to ensure a positive candidate experience.
