Job summary

MSCI is seeking a commercially driven sales professional for its Sustainability & Climate team, based in Monterrey or Mexico City. You will lead new business development while expanding relationships with corporate clients, translating sustainability needs into MSCI data, research and analytics.

You will build a strong pipeline, manage renewals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that address client priorities in climate risk and sustainability across capital

Qualifications

• At least 5–8+ years of commercial experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Strong financial markets background with knowledge of investment products and institutional investors.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by engaging corporate clients and building a strong pipeline.
• Own client relationships including renewals, retention and growth.
• Understand client sustainability and climate priorities and map MSCI solutions to needs.
• Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain a disciplined sales process and achieve new-business, renewal and retention goals.
• Collaborate across Sales, Client Service, Marketing, Product, Legal and Finance.
