Job summary

MSCI is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to accelerate growth in Sustainability & Climate across the Americas, including Carbon Markets solutions. You will engage asset managers, banks, wealth managers, and corporates, turning opportunities into long-term client relationships.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Service, Operations, Legal, and Finance to understand client needs and drive revenue in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
• 2–4 years in sales, inside sales or business development with client-facing focus.
• Experience with prospecting, outbound engagement, lead generation, and qualification.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients across key segments in the Americas.
• Build relationships and expand MSCI’s presence within client organizations.
• Qualify opportunities and connect them with Sustainability & Climate solutions.
• Drive opportunities through full sales cycle with cross-functional collaboration.
