You will bridge the gap between client relationships and technical problem-solving, ensuring a premium service by identifying trends and implementing solutions.

Formación

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Technical Support.
• Exceptional communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Full professional fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Advanced analytical skills to trace issues across hardware and databases.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for designated accounts.
• Build and maintain proactive partnerships with technical contacts.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve technical issues.
• Create SQL-based queries to identify technical problems.
