Google is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to help customers adopt Google Cloud products in Mexico City. You will lead adoption efforts across organizations, guiding strategic and technical aspects of the transformation journey and delivering Cloud Consulting engagements to drive customer adoption.

You will regularly engage with leadership of enterprises and a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team to ensure successful outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
• Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, technical support, escalation management, or consulting.
• Fluent in Spanish and English to support client relationship management in this region.

Responsabilidades

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey and managing timelines, milestones, and migration goals.
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development across work streams.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop strategic roadmaps, and lead quarterly business reviews.
• Plan for customer events and launches with Support, Engineers, and SREs to ensure success, guiding issues/escalations to resolution.
• Develop best practices and assets from engagements to scale through partners and accelerate Google Cloud adoption.
