Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking a Market Manager to develop and execute market strategies, driving growth for product lines within a designated market. You will collaborate across Sales, Engineering and Product to shape roadmaps, pricing and launches while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 8–9 years in the electrical sector and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English is essential; Spanish and travel are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8–9 years in the electrical industry with market dynamics and customer applications knowledge.
• 5+ years in Market Management, Product Management, Strategic Marketing, or related commercial roles.
• Proven success in developing market strategies that grow revenue and profitability.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, translating insights into decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management to influence teams.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Fluent English; Spanish and international travel availability are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute market strategies and business plans to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
• Define product and solution roadmaps, including positioning, pricing, launches and promotions.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering and Product to create value propositions and support commercial initiatives.
• Monitor market performance, build relationships with stakeholders, and represent Hitachi at events.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
