Inalfa Roof Systems Group B.V. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and HR operations. The role may be at the plant or regional HQ and supports payroll and operations as needed.

You will work with managers and employees, manage employee relations, and contribute to HR programs locally and corporately. Strong English, HR or business degree, and 5+ years of experience required.

Formación

• Fluent English required, degree in HR or business administration.
• Minimum five years of progressive HR experience, preferably in automotive.
• Knowledge of talent management, labor relations, training and development, operations and business management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Handle labor relations matters through investigations, dispute resolution and action recommendations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning and high-quality hiring.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve HR initiatives.
• Support change management and ensure consistent communication during organizational changes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Facilitate grievance procedures and work with HR leadership on case responses.
