Autoliv Mexico is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner with the HR Director and central functions, driving strategic HR initiatives and delivering high-impact HR solutions across the plant and global operations.

The role requires 8+ years in HR with leadership experience, strong knowledge of labor relations in manufacturing, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Business Degree.
• Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering and project management.
• 5+ years in Human Resources management and leadership.
• Strong understanding of HR disciplines including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting corporate or central functions in a global organization.
• Demonstrated experience working in unionized manufacturing or industrial environments, with a strong understanding of labor relations practices, collective bargaining agreements, grievance processes, contract interpretation, and effective union‑management partnerships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a matrixed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Support & Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to the HR Director, supporting workforce planning, annual processes, incl. Talent Development & Succession, Merit, Leadership training and organizational effectiveness.
• Support the execution of HR strategies across central functions.
• Support for and knowledge sharing for leaders on US and Mexico laws, rules and processes.
• Data & Analytics: Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Track Central Function turnover trends and provide retention solutions.
• Health, Safety & Sustainability: Deep dive into significant safety events and partner with site safety leaders.
