FORVIA is seeking an HR Business Partner to align the people strategy with local business needs in Puebla. You will act as an administrative HR expert and trusted partner for FORVIA employees in your perimeter, driving priorities, values, and business results.

You will manage structure, recruitment, onboarding, training, and development, while coordinating external HR providers and leading local/global HR initiatives. Strong English and MS Office skills are beneficial.

Formación

• BA/BSc HR, Business Administration or related.
• MA/MSc HR, Business Administration or related preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in an operative HR role.
• Good understanding of organizational topics in an industrial setting.
• Solid knowledge of local HR legislation.
• Strong Business Partner acumen with a consultant mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted HR expert for all FORVIA employees in your perimeter.
• Manage the organizational structure and the recruitment process.
• Manage all operational administrative tasks regarding HR topics.
• Execute local and global HR initiatives like employee surveys, Employer Branding initiatives, employee events and change projects.
• Coordinate external HR service providers.
• Oversee onboarding, training and employee development processes.
• Prepare reports and analyses.
• Coordinate and conduct the employee evaluation and bonus process.
• Participate in audits and controls regarding managed areas.
• Cooperate with the workers council or union if applicable.
