FORVIA, a global automotive technology supplier, seeks a Site HR Business Partner in Puebla to align the people strategy with local business needs. You will act as an administrative HR expert and trusted partner for FORVIA employees, driving values and delivering results.

You will manage recruitment, organizational structure, onboarding, training, and employee development, while coordinating external HR providers and leading local HR initiatives.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in an operative HR role
• Good understanding of organizational topics in an industrial setting
• Solid knowledge of local HR legislation
• Strong Business Partner acumen combined with a consultant mindset

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted HR expert for all FORVIA employees in your perimeter
• Manage the organizational structure and the recruitment process
• Manage all operational administrative tasks regarding HR topics
• Execute local and global HR initiatives like employee surveys, Employer Branding initiatives, employee events and change projects
• Coordination of the external HR service providers
• Oversee and supervise the onboarding, training and employee development processes
• Preparation of reports and analyses
• Coordinating and conducting the employee evaluation and bonus process
• Participation in audits and controls regarding managed areas
• Close cooperation with the workers council or union if applicable
