Lever, Inc. is seeking a HR Senior Manager based in Mexico to serve as a strategic People partner for Latin America.

You will blend employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and talent development with hands-on recruitment for technical and corporate roles in a fully remote, global environment. In this role, you will influence workforce planning, engagement, retention, and organizational change while partnering with U.S.-based stakeholders and distributed teams across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partner, People Operations, or similar function.
• 3+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment for IT/tech roles.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary HR partner for employees, managers, Directors, and business leaders across assigned Latin American business units.
• Support the complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, performance management, career development, internal mobility, promotions, compensation changes, transfers, and offboarding.
• Advise managers on employee relations, coaching, performance management, and organizational development.
• Lead recruitment for technical and corporate positions, coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding.
