Ideal candidates have experience in similar HR roles, knowledge of regional labor laws, strong English skills, and a drive to develop within a fast‑growing tech company.

Formación

• Experience in HR business partner roles or equivalent.
• Knowledge of labor regulations in Argentina and Latin America.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in IT industry is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Hold regular meetings with business units and management to guide HR issues.
• Analyze trends and metrics to improve retention and reduce turnover.
• Stay updated on labor regulations to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance on interpreting HR policies and resolving employee issues.
• Assist expatriates with international assignments and HR matters.
