ANS in Mexico is seeking a People Operations Lead - LATAM to support HR activities across LATAM, acting as the primary HR contact for employees in Mexico and bridging the U.S. People Operations team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish - both written and verbal.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in HR/People Operations or related function.
• Knowledge of Mexican labor laws and employment practices.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines.
• Proficiency with digital tools and quick learner of new systems.
• High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate employee lifecycle processes across LATAM, including onboarding, changes, transfers and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data; support payroll-related information.
• Support performance management, development plans and learning initiatives.
• Coordinate local recruiting efforts and liaise with LATAM leadership.
• Partner with US People team to implement global initiatives.
