This leadership role shapes strategies, manages a team of recruiters, and ensures successful placements across Mexico, driving excellence and building high-performance cultures.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, mentor recruiters, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver exceptional value in a dynamic, virtual-first environment.

Formación

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition
• 3+ years in leadership role
• Experience in leading recruitment teams
• Expertise in executive search and high-volume recruiting
• Proven remote-working leadership capability

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists
• Develop and oversee client-aligned talent strategies
• Manage relationships with key clients
• Drive sourcing, assessment, and candidate engagement innovations
• Monitor recruitment metrics and implement improvements
