TK Recruitment's client, a rapidly growing international FinTech in Mexico, seeks a Strategic HR Business Partner to lead talent acquisition and process optimization. This role requires senior leadership, global vision, and a high-volume hiring mindset.

You will build scalable recruitment frameworks, drive workforce strategy with leaders, and ensure excellence in stakeholder management across markets, languages, and functions, enabling rapid global expansion.

Formación

• Senior HR leader with international and FinTech experience.
• Proven track record in high-volume recruitment (100+ hires per month).
• Fluency in Spanish and English or Russian.

Responsabilidades

• Build and nurture strategic relationships with leaders at all levels.
• Develop and implement recruitment frameworks to support 100+ hires per month.
• Assess, design, and refine talent acquisition workflows for efficiency and candidate experience.
• Lead process-building initiatives and continuous improvement in recruitment outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership to align talent strategies with global expansion goals.
• Demonstrate a results-oriented approach to drive business performance.
