Lever, Inc. in Mexico is seeking a People Operations Lead - LATAM to serve as the primary HR contact for employees in Mexico and to bridge the U.S. People Operations team. You will coordinate onboarding, changes and offboarding, maintain HR data, and support performance, development, and local recruiting.

The role requires strong cross-cultural communication, knowledge of Mexican labor practices, and a proactive, process-minded approach to improve the employee experience across LATAM.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations or related function.
• Knowledge of Mexican labor law and employment practices.
• Strong project coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate onboarding, changes, transfers, and offboarding across LATAM.
• Maintain accurate HR records, personnel documentation, and data.
• Process hires, terminations, status changes, and updates in HR systems.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees in Mexico and advise on policies.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Benefits providers and external vendors.
