Snowflake seeks a Senior People Partner Manager for LATAM to lead HR strategy across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina and Chile, partnering with LATAM leaders and global People teams to drive organizational effectiveness and deliver a best-in-class employee experience.

You will advise regional leadership, champion AI-driven transformation, oversee talent initiatives, succession planning, retention, org design, and coach executives while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Formación

• 10-12+ years of broad HR leadership experience with regional oversight.
• Deep understanding of LATAM employment laws and compensation practices.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted advisor to LATAM leadership on organizational strategy and leadership development.
• Champion AI-driven transformation and foster AI literacy across LATAM.
• Maintain hands-on connection to daily operations and earn trust of managers and contributors.
• Lead data-informed talent initiatives: succession planning, retention, org design, executive coaching.
• Oversee regional HR services, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
• Collaborate with global COEs and business units to tailor regional people solutions.
• Lead regional compliance efforts and stay current on LATAM employment laws.
