Confidential Careers in Mexico City is seeking an HR Consultant to partner with people managers across the organization, ensuring consistent, high-impact HR support. This role operates within a centralized pool and collaborates with COEs, HRBPs, and leaders to enable leadership effectiveness and a high-performance culture.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of HR experience, strong data-driven decision making, and a proven ability to coach across levels.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a matrixed or global organization.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive results.
• Strong business acumen with ability to align HR strategies to business goals.
• Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
• Experience leading change management initiatives and fostering organizational agility.
• Proven ability to coach and develop talent across functions and levels.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted advisor to people managers, providing guidance on HR policies, tools, and best practices.
• Coach managers on handling employee relations, team dynamics, and performance challenges.
• Support goal setting, mid-year check-ins, and year-end performance discussions to drive accountability and development.
• Address and resolve non-complex employee concerns and workplace issues; escalate complex matters as needed.
• Support the execution of core HR processes including reductions in force, offboarding, leave management, investigations, and compensation transactions.
• Support managers in executing job changes, promotions, and resolving HRIS/system-related issues.
• Ensure data integrity and timely processing of HR transactions.
• Support the delivery of training sessions and toolkits to build manager capability in HR processes and systems; serve as a subject matter expert on HR tools.
