Quid Solutions is seeking an experienced HRBP to align business goals with people strategies in Mexico City. You will partner with leaders, advise on performance, talent development, and policy implementation, and act as a change agent to foster a productive, compliant work environment.

This on-site role requires 2–3 years HR experience, a Bachelor's in a related field, and proficiency with HRIS and data analysis to drive outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience focusing on employee relations and performance management.
• Proficient in HRIS and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders to understand and execute HR strategies that support goals.
• Guide performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and policies.
• Develop and implement HR policies to foster a positive work environment.
• Support recruitment with hiring managers and workforce planning.
• Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for performance.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve retention.
• Act as a change agent for cultural and organizational transformation.
