Job summary

DiDi Global Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with senior leadership and drive strategic people initiatives in a hybrid environment in Mexico City. You will shape organizational design, culture, and talent development while leveraging data to inform decisions.

You will collaborate across functions, lead change, and build strong relationships with leaders and teams to deliver impactful people solutions in a fast-paced mobility technology company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar strategic HR role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
• Expertise in Talent Management, Organizational Design, and Change Management.
• Ability to learn, lead and influence in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate strong relationships across teams.
• A passion for driving culture, engagement, and leadership development.
• Demonstrates empathy, growth mindset and ability to drive diversity & inclusion strategies.
• Effective communication and critical thinking capability are applied at all levels of the organization.
• Experience using data to identify insights that drive action

Responsibilities

• Partner Strategically: Collaborate with leadership as a trusted advisor to support decision-making in areas like Organizational Design, Talent Development, Culture, and Engagement.
• Drive the People Agenda: Support the execution of the People Cycle, aligning global and regional strategies to business priorities.
• Execute the Talent Strategy: Support the implementation of projects to enhance our talent pipeline and address key opportunities.
• Collaborate on HR Solutions: Partner with HR stakeholders across employee relations, leadership development, recruitment, compensation, diversity, and employee advocacy.
• Support Workforce Planning: Lead succession and workforce planning efforts, helping to develop leadership talent across the business.
• Facilitate Change: Drive change management initiatives and improve processes to align with organizational goals.
• Build Strong Relationships: Foster connections with key stakeholders and HR colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
