Pulso Desarrollando Personas seeks an experienced HR Manager for a leading German Tier 1 automotive manufacturer in Querétaro, Mexico. You will partner with Plant leadership to align HR with business goals, drive workforce plans, and optimize organizational performance.

The role requires deep knowledge of SAP/SAP SuccessFactors, Mexican labor laws, and a track record of union relations in manufacturing. Fluent English is mandatory and leadership of cross-functional teams is essential.

Formación

• Requires 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 6 years in a leadership HR Manager role in Tier 1 automotive or similar manufacturing.
• Experience partnering with Plant Managers and senior leadership.
• Experience with unionized manufacturing environments including collective bargaining.
• Solid understanding of Mexican labor legislation and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Act as strategic advisor to Plant Manager and leadership team.
• Partner with Plant leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Drive organizational development, succession planning, and leadership effectiveness.
• Lead labor relations, collective bargaining negotiations, and labor risk management.
• Oversee Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations.
• Implement HR process improvements and SAP/SAP SuccessFactors initiatives.
