Quid Solutions is seeking an experienced HRBP to align business goals with people strategies in Mexico City. You will partner with leaders, advise on performance, talent development, and policy implementation, and act as a change agent to foster a productive, compliant work environment.

This on-site role requires 2–3 years HR experience, a Bachelor's in a related field, and proficiency with HRIS and data analysis to drive outcomes.

Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and play a strategic role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. The HRBP will act as a consultant to leadership on human resource-related issues and provide guidance to support an inclusive, productive, and growth-oriented workplace.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals
• Provide guidance on performance management, talent development, and succession planning
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives to foster a positive work environment
• Support recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers and ensuring alignment with workforce planning
• Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve organizational performance

Requirements

Academic/Training

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience
