Job summary

Time To Hire is seeking an HR Business Partner to build the HR function from the ground up in Mexico City. You will shape culture, design onboarding, and implement scalable processes for growth in a high‑growth tech environment.

You will partner with leaders to align performance, development, and workforce planning, while ensuring compliance with Mexican labor law. Advanced English required and experience with AI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

Experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist in tech or startup environments.
Proven track record building HR processes from scratch (culture, onboarding, policies).
Strong collaboration with senior leaders and technical teams.
Knowledge of Mexican labor law (LFT) and compliance.

Responsibilities

Define, document and strengthen culture and values from the ground up.
Design and run onboarding for steady flow of new hires.
Identify needs and launch training programs for technical and leadership profiles.
Build HR policies and internal regulations from scratch in line with LFT.
Partner with directors on performance, development and workforce planning.
Handle employee relations and internal communication.
Use AI tools to automate and scale HR processes.
