Capital One is seeking a Sr HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders and drive people strategies that enable business results in Mexico City. You will provide strategic consulting, workforce planning, and support core HR processes including performance, talent management, leadership development, change management, and organization design.

Formación

• English fluency at intermediate to advanced level.
• Minimum 6 years in client-facing or consulting roles.
• At least 4 years in Human Resources.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic consulting and workforce planning aligned with business needs.
• Plan and deliver core HR processes: performance, talent management, leadership development, and change management.
• Support senior leaders on building an inclusive, diverse team and fostering belonging.
• Partner with L&D and leadership to enable associate and leadership development.
