Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced Global Mobility Manager to align HR and business objectives across multiple countries and global units. You will partner with HR, management, vendors, and internal/external stakeholders to deliver value-added mobility services and ensure alignment with regional business literacy.

You will support end-to-end assignment processes, advise on new-country setups, and drive cross-regional projects to optimize costs and timelines.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field.
• 10+ years of Global Mobility experience in a similar industry.
• Strong end-to-end mobility process knowledge and tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as Global Mobility partner for the region and business units with stakeholders.
• Support end-to-end assignment processes, ensuring local compliance.
• Advise on new-country setups with HR and external advisors.
• Collaborate with Assignment Case Managers to streamline operations.
• Strengthen regional GMM community through knowledge sharing.
• Lead cross-regional projects and continuous process improvements.
