Job summary

HR Path Group seeks a LATAM HR Manager to lead regional HR initiatives, align HR strategy with Partners, and drive integration projects post-acquisitions. You will coordinate multi-country teams, implement Group HR policies, and monitor key indicators to ensure compliant, scalable HR practices across LATAM.

The role requires extensive experience in international HR leadership, change management, and strong stakeholder engagement with Group CHRO and Partners.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in generalist HR or HR Business Partner roles.
• Significant experience in an international and multicultural environment.
• Proven experience in company integrations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and change management.
• Experience coordinating multi-country HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional HR teams across the LATAM region.
• Ensure the implementation of Group HR policies and processes.
• Monitor the region’s key HR indicators.
• Identify and escalate HR risks to the Group CHRO.
• Advise Partners and local management teams on strategic HR matters.
• Lead HR integration projects in connection with acquisitions.
• Harmonise HR processes, policies and tools.
• Monitor integration action plans with stakeholders.
• Lead projects relating to workforce planning, performance, compensation, internal mobility and employee engagement.
• Ensure the deployment of Group HR tools and data quality.
