Siemens Energy seeks a Head of PMO Latam to guide strategic and operational initiatives for the hub and executive leadership. You will integrate cross-functional workstreams, structure ambiguous topics, and transform fragmented information into clear recommendations and actions.

You will lead governance, risk, and performance tracking, partnering with stakeholders to remove barriers and ensure momentum on strategic priorities across Latam.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years across business management, project management, consulting, strategy, finance, or related leadership roles.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management in cross-functional environments without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to structure ambiguity and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership.
• Proficiency with MS Project and PowerPoint in a dynamic setting.

Aufgaben

• Develop and govern integrated project and program plans with milestones, dependencies, and ownership.
• Lead cross-functional coordination, identify risks, and develop actionable recommendations for leadership decisions.
• Establish program governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication for visibility into progress and issues.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to remove barriers and maintain momentum on priorities.
• Ensure follow-through on leadership decisions by tracking commitments and timelines through to closure.
