Job summary

Essentra is seeking an External Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to identify new opportunities and expand market presence, including travel to client sites.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) and 3–5 years of field sales experience, with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of field/outside sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular customer visits and sales calls; travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Manage sales opportunities, lead generation, and pipeline development through CRM CE.
• Provide annual sales forecasts and maintain monthly/weekly forecast updates.
