• Experience in identifying new business opportunities in manufacturing segments.
• Strong ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
• CRM proficiency and market feedback to product management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Assembly Industry and accounts.
• Expand sales of Joining Solutions products and solutions in both existing and new customer accounts.
• Prepare and implement account development plans in alignment with company objectives.
• Work closely with application engineers and technical teams to deliver value-added proposals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Provide market feedback to product management and leadership.
• Technical knowledge about tightening and spot welding theory.
• Knowledge of Assembly productions line.
• Technical knowledge of electric and mechanical aggregates to complete a tightening or a spot welding projects.
• Technical knowledge of the most important industrial protocols to transfer information from control units to customer data base.
• Knowledge for PLC and most important field buses.
