SpotOn in Mexico is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to own the end-to-end POS implementation for enterprise and mid-market clients (5+ locations). You will lead consultations with decision-makers, define success metrics, and align stakeholders to ensure a smooth activation and optimal configuration across locations.

You will coordinate with Success, Support, Engineering, and Sales to manage integrations, test components, and maintain documentation.

Formación

• Deep expertise in restaurant technology, POS platforms, and ops best practices.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
• 2–5 years in customer success or related roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding consultations with key decision-makers and define success metrics.
• Be the primary contact for executive stakeholders and maintain proactive communications.
• Coordinate with Success, Support, Engineering, and Sales to manage integrations.
• Manage onboarding timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to drive efficiency.
• Develop and refine onboarding playbooks using client feedback.
