SpotOn is seeking an Installation Specialist to ensure restaurant sites are ready for POS deployments through virtual assessments, on-site readiness checks, and installation execution. You’ll survey sites, install POS hardware virtually or on-site, and train staff, acting as a technical escalation point.

Formación

• Deep understanding of networking infrastructure, including low-voltage cabling, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi optimization.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, with experience resolving escalated technical issues.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in customer success or related roles.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive virtual site surveys and validate readiness of wiring, networking, and internet performance.
• Install and configure POS hardware, including workstations, printers, pin pads, cash drawers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Deliver onsite training and live support for staff and management.
• Travel regularly to client sites as required.
• Lead follow-ups with clients to ensure smooth transitions and adoption.
