SpotOn in Mexico City is seeking an Installation Specialist to lead virtual assessments and on-site POS deployments. You will survey sites, install hardware, train staff, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues to ensure successful installations and long-term client success.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in customer-facing technical roles, strong networking knowledge, and the ability to work independently across multiple locations, with travel as needed.

Formación

• Deep understanding of networking, routing, switches, and Wi-Fi optimization.
• Experience with POS systems and multi-terminal deployments.
• Ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to manage multi-site projects and mentor teammates.
• Background in customer-facing roles and technical project leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive virtual site surveys and on-site readiness checks.
• Install and configure POS hardware, cabling, and network equipment.
• Deliver staff training and live on-site support for POS deployments.
• Perform pre/post-installation tasks and ensure smooth transitions.
• Travel regularly to client sites and coordinate with Project Managers.
• Maintain records, update SOPs, and seek process improvements.
