Stripe is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide users through their onboarding journey, provide technical guidance, troubleshoot, and ensure a seamless experience. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and address challenges.

Based in Mexico City, you will collaborate with Accelerate and Global Professional Services, delivering workshops, coordinating kickoff calls, and helping customers deploy Stripe capabilities quickly and effectively.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency in written and spoken form.
• 2+ years of implementation consulting in API technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical guidance and support during onboarding with Stripe.
• Deliver pre-built technical workshops and kickoff calls.
• Provide light-touch project management for ongoing Stripe implementations.
• Escalate delays with planned go-live dates.
• Maintain accurate records of user interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address user questions and concerns.
