SpotOn is seeking an Installation Specialist to ensure restaurant sites are prepared for POS installations through virtual assessments, on-site readiness checks, and hands-on execution.

You will diagnose infrastructure issues, mentor junior staff, and contribute to SOP improvements while traveling to client sites as needed. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with a strong background in networking and POS deployments.

Formación

• Deep understanding of networking infrastructure including low‑voltage cabling, routers, switches, and Wi‑Fi optimization.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical abilities; experience resolving escalated technical issues.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems, multi-terminal deployments, and installations in restaurant environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Background in customer-facing roles, IT support, implementation, or technical project leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive virtual site surveys for restaurant sites and validate readiness of wiring, electrical infrastructure, networking, and internet performance.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and document infrastructure gaps or risks; provide guidance to clients and vendors.
• Install and configure POS hardware, complete cabling and connectivity setup, and deliver on-site staff training.
• Lead post-installation follow-ups, ensure smooth transitions, and travel to client sites as required.
