MoneyLion in Mexico City is hiring a Technical Program Manager, POS Integrations, to own the regional onboarding and end-to-end delivery of POS integrations. You will partner with a dedicated Super Developer and coordinate country teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to move projects from first request to Commercial Done.

You thrive in a fast-growth fintech, make swift decisions with incomplete information, and own outcomes.

Formación

• 3+ years in project/delivery management, technical account management, or integrations.
• Comfort with APIs, POS systems, and integration concepts without coding.
• Strong stakeholder management across markets, partners, and internal teams.
• Bias for action: chase blockers and keep momentum.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools in daily work.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate country teams, POS partners and internal stakeholders across the integration lifecycle.
• Track status, milestones and timelines; communicate risks, blockers and progress.
• Drive approvals and decision-making; actively remove blockers and escalation to keep delivery moving.
• Sync weekly with country reps to prioritise bugs, new requests and new integrations.
• Co‑own onboarding of the first restaurant on each new POS with the Super Developer; own technical onboarding of all following restaurants.
• Coordinate rollout and go‑live with country teams and drive adoption to Commercial Done.
