Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Delivery Manager to lead project teams and drive successful customer outcomes for complex Salesforce implementations. You will manage client relationships, governance, and end-to-end delivery with strong Agile practices in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with regional travel as needed. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while growing Salesforce footprint and ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services, consulting, or project management.
• 2+ years managing technology implementations (Salesforce preferred).
• Experience leading external client projects in software development, CRM and SaaS.
• Ability to balance business and technical requirements to produce a project plan.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team, providing clarity, motivation, and direction.
• Serve as primary customer interface and ensure governance adherence.
• Build and lead project plans, monitor timelines, adjust as needed.
• Guide teams through the software delivery lifecycle using Agile.
• Oversee resource utilization in line with budgets and timesheets.
• Lead large projects or multiple related projects requiring cross-functional teamwork.
• Anticipate obstacles and remove blockers to reach goals.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and prepare deliverables and Salesforce docs.
• Work with account teams to grow Salesforce footprint.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including risk management and change.
