Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Engagement Delivery Manager (Project Manager) to lead mid-to-large scale implementations and ensure successful customer outcomes. You will form and guide project teams, act as the primary customer interface, and drive governance, planning, and change management throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project management, risk and issue handling, and coordinating with remote consultants while supporting regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services, consulting, or project management.
• 2+ years leading technology implementations (Salesforce experience preferred).
• Proven external client project management in software, CRM/SaaS.
• Balance business and technical requirements to build project plans.
• Facilitate client meetings and manage project risks and dependencies.
• Led project teams of 10+ with budgets and schedules.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Maintain clear communication with remote consultants.
• Strong verbal and written communication; interpersonal skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willing to travel regionally and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to drive successful customer outcomes within Salesforce implementations.
• Oversee project management activities, governance, and budgets per Salesforce methodology.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Identify and resolve issues, risks, and dependencies to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate requirements gathering and deliverables; prepare Salesforce docs.
• Collaborate with account teams to expand Salesforce footprint and manage UAT.
