Job summary

Salesforce in Mexico City seeks an Engagement Delivery Manager to lead medium-to-complex implementations, manage client relationships, scope, budgets, and governance across Salesforce deployments. You will guide teams through agile delivery and ensure on-time, on-budget results while aligning with stakeholder expectations.

Strong communication, leadership, and bilingual Spanish/English skills are required, with travel regionally and occasionally internationally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional services, consulting, or project management experience.
• 2+ years managing technology implementations (Salesforce platform preferred).
• Proven experience in project management, including external client projects in software development, CRM and SaaS environments.
• Ability to balance business and technical requirements to produce a project plan and collaborate on inputs such as estimates.
• Facilitate meetings with client stakeholders, support and guide team members, and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
• Direct responsibility for leading project teams of 10+ members and managing budgets and schedules.
• Ability to hold difficult conversations and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Clear communication with remote consultants; strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team with clear direction, maintain open communication, and motivate the team throughout the engagement.
• Act as the primary customer interface, ensuring adherence to Salesforce methodology and governance.
• Build and lead project plans; monitor progress, adjust schedules, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Guide teams through the software delivery lifecycle using Agile and apply analytical skills.
• Oversee utilization of resources in line with allocation and budget, including timely timesheet approvals.
• Lead one large project, or several smaller related projects requiring cross-functional teamwork.
• Anticipate and remove obstacles to reach project goals and manage risks.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and help prepare project deliverables and Salesforce documentation.
• Work with the account team to grow Salesforce footprint; participate in end-to-end implementation planning.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with business end users, coordinating sign-off.
