Job summary

Leadout Capital seeks Engagement Delivery Senior Managers to oversee enterprise projects and drive successful customer outcomes in Salesforce implementations. You will lead teams, manage client relationships, and govern project execution, scope, and budgets across complex engagements.

The role requires extensive project management experience, strong leadership, and bilingual Spanish/English communication, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in professional services, consulting, or program/project management.
• 3+ years managing complex technology implementations (Salesforce preferred).
• Experience leading external client projects in software, CRM and SaaS environments.
• Ability to balance business and technical requirements to produce a project plan.
• Ability to lead enterprise-wide engagements, mentor teams, and manage risks.
• Demonstrated track record delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Ability to communicate clearly with remote consultants.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the overall leader of the project team, providing direction and motivation.
• Primary customer interface and ensuring adherence to Salesforce methodology, gates and governance.
• Build and lead project plans, supervise progress and budgets to deliver on time and on budget.
• Drive teams through Agile and apply strong analytical and technical skills.
• Supervise resource utilization and timely entry/approval of timesheets.
• Lead one or two large projects or multiple interrelated programs requiring cross-functional coordination.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and craft project deliverables and Salesforce documentation.
