Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Engagement Delivery Senior Manager to oversee enterprise projects, guide client success, and lead cross-functional teams through end-to-end implementations of Salesforce solutions.

You will act as primary interface for customers, manage budgets and schedules, drive governance, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery while mentoring senior team members in a fast-paced, global environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in professional services, consulting, or program/project management.
• 3+ years managing complex technology implementations (Salesforce strongly preferred).
• Experience leading external client projects in software development, CRM and SaaS environments.
• Ability to balance business and technical requirements to produce a project plan, and to collaborate to gather information.
• Ability to lead enterprise-wide engagements, facilitate meetings with client executives, mentor teams of senior members, and manage risks.
• Demonstrated project management skills with 20+ team members and budgets/schedules.
• Proven ability to have difficult conversations with stakeholders.
• Strong communication with remote consultants.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and written communication.
• Bilingual Spanish and English; able to travel regionally/internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the overall leader of the project team, ensuring clear direction and motivation.
• Be the primary customer interface and ensure adherence to Salesforce methodology and governance.
• Build and lead project plans; monitor progress, adjust schedules, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive teams through software engineering using Agile and strong analytical skills.
• Supervise resource utilization in line with budgets and timesheet approvals.
• Lead one or two large programs or several interrelated projects requiring cross-functional teamwork.
• Anticipate and remove obstacles to project goals.
• Assist with requirements gathering and crafting project deliverables and Salesforce documentation.
• Work as an extension of the account team to extend Salesforce footprint.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation planning, risk management, and change management.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business end users.
