Job summary

Leadout Capital seeks an Engagement Delivery Manager to lead client projects, ensuring Salesforce implementations meet scope, budget and schedule. You will manage cross-functional teams, facilitate requirements, and maintain strong client interfaces across regions.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, experience with technology deployments, and fluency in Spanish and English. Travel regionally and occasionally internationally may be needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services, consulting, or project management.
• 2+ years leading technology implementations; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Experience delivering external client projects in SaaS/CRM environments.
• Ability to balance business and technical requirements to produce a project plan.
• Ability to run meetings with client stakeholders and manage risks.
• Led teams of 10+ members and managed budgets and schedules.
• Spanish and English proficiency; willingness to travel regionally.
• Strong communication and collaboration in fast-paced teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and provide direction to ensure delivery.
• Act as primary customer interface and govern project activities.
• Build project plans, monitor timelines, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Guide teams through the software delivery lifecycle using Agile.
• Oversee resources and timesheets in line with budget.
• Lead one large project or several smaller related projects.
• Identify obstacles and drive solution-focused progress.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and Salesforce documentation.
• Support account growth and end-to-end implementation planning.
• Coordinate UAT and organizational change activities.
