HP is seeking a Sales Operations professional in Mexico to manage daily customer accounts and operate within the end-to-end sales process. You will be the first contact for regular accounts and some top-tier customers, resolving issues in order status, returns, deliveries, and invoicing.

You will collaborate with sales, supply chain, and logistics to resolve problems and share your expertise on internal processes. A strong focus on communication and process improvement is essential.

Formación

• First level university degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2–4 years of related experience in supply chain, customer service, procurement, or financial management.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first point of contact for regular customer accounts and some top-tier customers on daily operating matters.
• Resolves operational issues in the end-to-end sales process (order status, returns, deliveries, invoicing, post-sales programs).
• Engages with sales, supply chain, logistics and other functions to resolve issues related to customer support.
• Acts as a point of contact for a specialized topic (e.g., order management, special pricing) and trains team members.
• Contributes to efforts to optimize current processes with cross-functional HP teams.
• Represents the team as a subject matter expert on internal processes to other functions and organizations.
